How much does the training cost?
Our costs are:
- Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) employees – chargeable to Team Cost Centre
- In the financial year 2026/27 we have some fully funded CPD places for registered Nurses and AHPs employed by CWP who have not attended the training before. AHPs eligible for CPD funding need to be be a qualified practitioner in one or more of the following fields: Physio, OT, SALT, Art Therapy, Drama Therapy, Music Therapy, Chiropody & Podiatry, or be a Dietician or Paramedic.
- Practitioners outside of CWP - £150 per practitioner. This includes a half-day, face-to-face training, all resources and access to further resources via a password-protected area of the Next Step Cards website.
- Anybody who has previously attended Next Step Cards training is eligible to attend again at 50% of the full cost of £150. Practitioners should contact cwp.nextstepcards@nhs.net for further details.
